Our 5th annual Little Smiles Golf Tournament is open for registration | Monday July 21st 2025!

Our biggest event of the year, the Little Smiles of WNY Golf Tournament at River Oaks Golf Club isn’t your average golf event. With a challenging course and delicious food, it’s a fun-filled day.
But more importantly, we were able to raise funds to provide gifts and activities for local children through partnerships with hospitals and law enforcement agencies.
