The Little Smiles of WNY Golf Tournament at River Oaks Golf Club in Grand Island, NY, isn’t your average golf event. With a challenging course and delicious food, it’s a day filled with fun. More importantly, it raises funds to provide gifts and activities for local children through partnerships with hospitals and law enforcement agencies. Join us for a memorable day of golf and giving back.

The Little Smiles Golf Tournament attracts up to 150 local golfers, and 50 additional volunteers and other participants from across Western New York!!
